1. What products does TEC sell? Badge is an intrinsic part of our lives, TEC specializes in custom designed Badges for buyers, importers, wholesalers, retailers.
2. Does TEC handle any other products? TEC sells custom logo designed and specified Badges to its customers and that is all we do.
3. How long does it take to place an order for custom designed logo Badges? A custom order will take approximately 2 Weeks from the time we receive the order. The badges are manufactured according to the customers' specifications regarding designs and quantity. Many reasons and factors affect the length of time it takes for the badges to be delivered to the customers. However, we work hard to insure that once the order is placed it will be filled as quickly as possible.
4. Are there a minimum number of badges that have to be ordered? We are manufacturers and exporter of quality hand embroidered badges. Yes we would encourage minimum order to be placed should not be less than 500 units.
5. Where can we place our logo on the Badge? We are very flexible in offering you the basic options for placing your logo or even your club or company name on it.
6. What shipping methods are used by you? We quote the prices of our Badges on FOB basis. If the customers require C&F to the destination required we also ship, the orders by Air and Sea as desired by our customers. We only charge exact freight by any method.
7. What are the recommended sizes of Badges?
8. What is the outside covering of Badges made from? There are various synthetic materials used for the outer covering of a Badge.
9. How is a Badge held together? All our Badge are stitched or embroidered by adult hand together in panels ranging from 6 to 32 pieces. The better quality badges are hand embroidered. Hand embroidered badges have tighter and stronger seams.
10. What kind of packing method do you use for badges? Special attention is paid for the packing method of each badge. Usually we use the box packing method deflating each badge. Badges are packed in boxes in quantities of 15 units, 25 units, 50 units and 100 units in each box. We also entertain our customers who require their own method of packing.
